This global project for Dell’s future products and services strategy involved researching and analyzing key political, social, economic, and cultural factors in North America, Europe, and Asia. SWNA led the research and strategy development for the Asian region, focusing on Korea, China, and Japan.
The project identified macro trends driving changes in the IT industry and distilled them into micro trends across design, products, living, and crafts. Based on this analysis, four distinct design directions were established, each with strategic recommendations to guide Dell’s future innovations.
