The Drop Tray, designed for the Fritz Hansen 150th Anniversary Korea Project, embodies the intersection of Sukwoo Lee’s design inclinations, Korean identity, and Fritz Hansen’s legacy.
Lee focused on balancing straight and curved forms, expressing contrast and harmony in alignment with the exhibition’s theme of "Eternal Beauty."
The tray explores the harmony of lines and surfaces when straight and curved elements expand from a flat plane into three-dimensional space, reflecting a personal interpretation of Korean aesthetics rooted in Lee’s cultural experience.
