Hyundai Mobis M.Brain is a system that detects brain waves around the ears and monitors the driver's condition in real time to prevent car accidents by identifying sudden abnormalities in condition and drowsy driving. We have tried to improve the existing earphones equipped with sensors that collect brain waves around the ears, which are a key part of the system, to make them more ergonomic and user centered. As a result, by discovering a new way corresponding to various ear shapes, the fixing power of the electrode sensors increases while reducing the pressure generated when wearing it. Thus, it is not only reducing measurement errors, but also minimizing inconvenience when wearing it. In addition, by distributing the weight of the product, the driver’s head is more free, so even if the driver wears it for a long time, it does not stress the driver.
