The leg chair was a prototype of Matter & Matter furniture. The figurative feature of legs and the proportion of a backrest had an impact on the first collection of Matter & Matter. The outside of the leg is rounded, and the inside is angled, making a soft, delicate and strong impression overall.
The chair features voluminous structural legs and a low backrest. The legs, seat and backrest are ergonomically rounded, and the combination of rectangular and circular shapes is the central feature of the chair. The furniture is made of the wood recycled from an Indonesian house and therefore has traces of paint.
It is an armchair that presents the design language of the Leg Furniture series. The rear legs, backrest and seat consist of the shape of the leg chair. The overall height was lowered and the seat was greatly expanded for the purpose of the lounge chair, and the angle of the back and the curve of the bottom were designed ergonomically.
After designing the chair, we needed a table that matches the chair. Rectangular Leg Table features rounded edges on top.
It was designed as a six-person dining table, and the inside curve which contrasts with the angular outer surface of the four legs leaves a unique feeling. The triangular living tea table series features the large rounded corner, and can be used in various ways by arranging two different sizes.
