The Art bus shelter design of MMCA gwacheon began in a way that naturally connects the three spaces and is connected in any empirical or formative aspect while taking advantage of the characteristics of the region and space. The first gate considered the effect of intense mental changes as a space of emptiness. Put down various detailed stories in daily life and thought of a space that makes the poem more abstract, and emphasized the concept of a gateway that when first got on and off public transportation, experienced things like walls, and when crossed the wall, saw something new.
The second gate thought of a space where some new material that actually shines on the audience welcoming them, and reminding them once again. The space was intended to stimulate curiosity and feel new through distorted and interesting images, not as they are.
And the last shelter inspired by a museum. came down with a different experience of abstract thinking and created a space where one could enjoy more lingering emotions. The materials were used repeatedly, iron, wood, and stone. It is designed to connect a single context as a material through repeating the material.
