Normal Series is the Matter and Matter line-up of basic shape and element. Legs and back are emphasized angle of edges.General proportion is similar with regular chairs but the Normal Chair is reinterpreted with view of Matter & Matter. We checked the structure and made the shape through sketching, 3D modeling, and paper mockup, and then a primary test was conducted to check whether it was comfortable and proportional or whether it had structural problems.
The prototype and drawing made in Seoul were sent to Indonesia and the prototype was primarily checked in the factory. At this time, modifications were made by cutting, attaching, and re-examining to review the modified prototype again. The more the design goes through in this process, the higher the quality of the design.
