The chair, named the Origami Chair, was made by origami. The legs and backrest look like a folded paper. The paper-folding angle was strongly structured and the angle of each element was designed sharply to show the formative characteristics of origami. The wing table was designed asymmetrically as a limited edition office table, considering the use of space at work. The pentagonal shape of the top, which was designed using the shape of the wings, features the connection between the legs under the seat and support fixture. The inside of the legs, which can be unseen, was also designed beautifully and strongly.
The prototypes and drawings were sent to Indonesia for the primary check. By changing the size or the proportion in Indonesia, we reviewed the revised version instantly with the Indonesian craftsmen for creating the final master model.
