SWNA worked with Newpress and Araby Studio to configure, edit, and design business proposals and allotment catalogs in a way that could represent the more upscale and premium Prugio of tomorrow. The three companies worked in unison to help Prugio break away from its previous eco-friendly and familiar image by publishing a pamphlet capable of conveying Prugio’s new branding message and image concisely but insightfully at the same time.
Each business proposal was arranged in a package featuring a business card, business card holder, and pen holder to clearly illustrate the new and refreshed image of Prugio, and to establish a distinct tone and manner for the Prugio brand. In terms of concept, the business proposal used “The Natural Nobility” and “Black is the new Green,” both of which were devised by Newpress. Meanwhile, editing and designing activities were done by Araby Studio. Rather than adhering to the old formula for allotment catalogs, which focused on delivering information, the new pamphlet was developed as a booklet through which readers could get a quick summary of the residential culture of Prugio apartments. The pamphlet was configured similar to a magazine, and it is offered in an identical package as a business proposal. Design-wise, it was developed to illustrate the distinct lifestyle people can expect at Prugio apartments and appeal at an emotional level.
